OMF: Battlegrounds is:cool
Did any of you know about the sequel to One Must Fall: 2097? I didn't until stripe told me about it today. The game is called "OMF: Battlegrounds" and it is being developed by Diversions Entertainment. As with every Epic game, it's about 5 years late. ;)

Anyway, the game looks pretty cool. Be sure to visit the official site at www.omf.com.

Jazz SuperSite 1:234
It's super. It's got Jazz. It's a site.

Yup, we're talking about the super Jazz site: the Jazz SuperSite.

Meriton was responsible for unleasing this super site. It's all jazz.

Check it out. :)

Somethin'.. 1:99
I never post this kind of stuff. Never. So don't submit this kind of stuff anymore. Cause I never post it. K?

ok, basically, Electric Ir can't use the Internet very much anymore. Basically.

*sigh* News sure is boring these days.

Visit Rabbits Only! 1:00
The NEW spaz wanted me to advertise Rabbits Only again.

So, uh, there it is. :) Submit stuff. Be sure to submit stuff.

Another Allen 23:58
I just read at NoogyLand that Robert Allen - producer of Jazz 2 - has a new baby girl! Her name is Abbigail Samantha, and Noogy thinks she is his 3rd child. Congrats, Robert!

Also, be sure to check out Noogy's 2nd art lesson on Complex and Oraganic Objects.

Poll Results 21:51
239 people commented on the JMMB smileys:

Do you like the JMMB smileys? [This is what one of the smileys looks like: ] (by stripe)

Yes (51) -21%-
No (10) -4%-
Yes, but we need more smileys (118) -49%-
No, we need new smileys (10) -4%-
I don't know / I don't care (50) -21%-

Well, I guess this issue is pretty much resolved since I told you earlier about the 20 new smileys.

We don't have a new poll yet because there is something wrong with the scripts. Hopefully they'll get it fixed soon.

Noogy Stuff 24:34
I got this from Noogy and Jazz Central and NoogyLand and that little voice that lives inside us all.

First thing, you've gotta view that awesome intro Noogy created for his site! It's totally radical in a far-out way, if you know what I mean. :)

If that isn't good enough, Noogy has also just finished his first art lesson, which is an Introduction to Shapes and Designs.

This is so exciting I'm about ready to wet my pants. ;-)

J2C Search Engine 24:37
Brian just finished putting together a search engine for J2C. So, if you can't find the level you want, or if you don't want to search through all of the news archives for something, simply turn to our cool little search engine. Thanks, Brian!

J2 Mac Update 24:24
Jazz Central recently learned about an update for the Mac version of Jazz 2 that "adds InputSprocket support and GameRanger game finding support." StevenT thinks that this may be some kind of server list that is similar to the ones found at Westwood Online. In any event, the update can be downloaded here.

Super Gem Hunt 24:16
Allan from Jazz 2 World just started a contest called '99 Super Gem Hunt. No, this is nothing like Treasure Hunt '99. All of the details can be found right here.

-Steven

Jazz World is Back 23:10
After a month of downtime, Jazz World is up and running once again. Check it out, and be sure to send Ripsaw some levels and stuffs.

Color Tutorial 22:55
To create colored fur, you must change certain numbers in Regedit, as explained in this tutorial. The problem is, it's hard to tell which numbers represent which colors. So, AAraggon has taken the time to create a little tutorial telling what each number represents. You can view it here.

Hmmm... 22:55
I just started school last week... and I've had a million things to do... so...

alright, I admit it. I'm doing a horrible job with the news. It's all part of the exciting process of J2C deteriorating into a ball of spam. Yes, J2C is turning into a ball of spam. Sad, but true.

In times like this, we must turn to the dominant powers in the Jazz 2 community -- namely Jazz Central. Yes, we must turn to Jazz Central for our needs.

Just promise me one thing: Once J2C turns into a ball of spam, please come back to eat us. It's the least you can do.
