As you can guess, Jazzy 1999 is yet another episode in the works. The Secret Devil is working on this one, which will be released during the summer. Here are the features of Jazzy 1999:

DanX of J2LC is now working on his own episode. Here's the info about it:

I'm starting creating new episode! Name is unknown at this time. This episode is about inventing by Devan freezer laser and with it he will freeze Carrottus. This episode will feature:

-6 single levels (2xInferno 2xColon 2xCastle)
-1 secret level
-1 bonus level

It will be released at the end of January, maybe February.

I've spoken with Arjan from Orange Games, and this is what he had to say about the recent Jazz 3 rumor:

"false rumor, we're working on 3D now, and not on Jazz 3D" (the 3D game is probably Core) However, Arjan went on to say:

"there is another jazz2 thingy coming though, but I don't think it's announced yet, so I'll keep quiet about it."
I'm not sure if that other "thingy" is *it* or not..

btw, if you're wondering, the Jazz 3 rumor said that Orange had already begun work on Jazz 3: another 2D Jazz game that would "take side-scrollers further than anyone could have ever imagined."

I've heard from unofficial sources that Jazz 3 is already in development. I won't say all the details at this time, as this is currently a rumor that may or may not be true.

It looks like a trend is being started, as yet another Jazz 2 episode has been announced. This one is called Holiday Hare 98 X, and is being created by Blackman. Some of the features of HH98 X are:

10 long Single Player levels
2 Battle levels
2 CTF levels
2 different endings
An amazing storyline
and more..

HH98 X will be released in February 1999. One of the Battle levels in the pack will be posted on the Downloads page in a day or two.

With all these episodes being created now, (The Long Trip Home, Devan Bites Back, etc.........) I decided to get involved also, so I'm making my own episode. It'll be called, Metal Gear Jazz. Yes that's right, Metal Gear Jazz. I'm changing the 3-D action game into a 2-D Side-Scroller episode. It'll have basically the same story line as Metal Gear Solid, with some additions and leave-outs. I hope to have this episode out by the end of Summer Vacation 1999. But before then, I will release demo's of the game as i make more and more levels. Some of the features in my episode will be:

- 2 different endings
- Atleast 25-30 levels
- One of the best storylines to come around since Final Fantasy 7
- Hidden areas that you must find to fully complete the episode

What could amaze me more than last week's poll? This week's. =) I admit, I am a day late in closing the poll, but it didn't make a lot of difference... if anything, I expected this poll to close with less votes than the last one. Not so-- we came out with a whopping 144 votes! Wow, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy =) The results are as follows:

What does this mean? Well, I've found out something completely different than I expected. I expected a lot of people to be using 1280x1024+ resolutions. Not so =) Because of your voting, I now know to work on a 640x480 version of this page; in fact it's imperative... you people who view this page in 640x480 can't even see the menu navigation buttons!
