Jagged Edge Website 21:04
As many of you know, Dean Dodrill, the creator of the cutscenes in Jazz 2, is part of a company called Jagged Edge Studios. Jagged Edge is focused solely on animation for games, commercials, or whatever else needs to be animated. Anyway, they have just released their website. Even if you don't need their services, be sure to check out the cool artwork and videos at www.jaggededgestudios.com.

JPL Schedule 23:03
JPL Spring 99 has been canceled for numerous reasons you can read on the web site.
All clans that still want to be in the summer season should contact Ice here .
Sorry, I just couldn't balance school and JPL at the same time.

New JC Layout 19:31
I'm pretty late on this, but Jazz Central has *again* changed their layout. However, it was changed for the good. There is now a light site for those of you with slow modems (like me ;) and the news is organized better. You can visit the cool site here.

Jazz 3 3D? 20:25
Shadow GPW recently sent me this info:

According to Power Unlimited Magazine, Arjan Brussee doesn't have any plans for Jazz 3 at this time; Core is more important to him right now. However, if they do make Jazz 3 it will be 3D.

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions because of that info; nothing about Jazz 3 is official yet.

Cool Tricks 20:05
Use the following instructions to get multi-colored birds, as shown in this pic taken by Warlord:

-In your regedit, choose the numbers for your colors, as you would for other colored stuff. (Look at the Colored Stuff tutorials here on J2C for more info.) Be sure to back up your regedit first!
-Make or download a level with a respawning Bird-Morph event.
-Play the level in Co-op and have all of the players turn into birds. If you did it correctly, you should have similar results to what was shown in the screen shot.

I'm not sure how hard this is to do since I don't have the TSF demo, but check out this screen shot and see what you think. Ice Wolf EE didn't tell me how to do this one...

If you know of any other cool tricks, be sure to drop us an e-mail.

JPL: Notes 12:03
Here are the JPL results from Saturday:
-Crazy Clan over KEA by forfeit.
-EE's over JJ's by forfeit.
As you can see, I need to have better communication between clans in order for the JPL to work. So I will start posting schedules on the news. You'll need to contact your clan leaders for the password to the games. Without further ado, here's the schedule for Sunday:
-SUN 2:00 PM PST: Elite Good Guys vs. Dark Wolves
-SUN 2:30 PM PST: Heroes vs. IGSM
-SUN 3:00 PM PST: The Hunters vs. Mercenaries
-RR's=BYE
-Chaotix=BYE
-RAR=BYE
You can read the rules and get more information on the JPL web site. Please, if you are in any of the clans mentioned above, talk to your clan leader, for he/she has the password to the game on Sunday. I can't make JPL a fun experience if no one shows up! So try to be there!
